Shipping and Returns Policy
Returns PolicyDue to the nature of our products, we will only accept returns and pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) NO REFUNDS ON OPENED PRODUCTS - NO EXCEPTIONS.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Special Return Policy for specific products, will be specified in the detail section of that product and will take precedence over this general policy.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
All orders ship from Perth, Western Australia. Orders placed before 9am Perth time (AWST) will be shipped that working day. Please note that most orders will be dispatched the next business day, but some orders can take up to 3 business days to process. Once our carrier collects your parcel, it will generally take 2-5 business days in transit, within Australia depending on your location and 3-10 business days to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items, size and weight of your order.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full kilogram.
All items are shipped preferably with signature on receipt, should you opt for delivery without signature, the onus is on you to ensure you receive your parcel. Once the parcels or shipments leave our hands, it's are no longer our responsibility unless it is due to our own negligence.
Special services, i.e. permission to leave parcels without signature confirmation, express shipping or insurance can be arranged on special request and at your own expense.
Beauty Ink (INKED by Beauty Ink) cannot accept responsibility for lost or stolen parcels after the carrier has delivered the parcel.
